After enlisting in the Canadian Army, Gordon Cecil Crozier was send overseas to Europe on February 15th, 1941. He fought in Normandy and the Netherlands.

After the Second World War, Crozier stayed in the Canadian Army and served with the United Nations Emergency Force Ordnance Company at Camp Rafah, Egypt for which he received the United Nations Medal. He retired in 1970. In 1991 he died after a farming accident.
