Action: After a fire station in Birmingham had been completely demolished by a high-explosive bomb on the 12th. December 1940, a number of fireman were trapped and civilians in an adjoining house buried. Despite the great danger, Mosedale went back to the fire station and the house and saved twelve lifes.
